Ashley Marquette has always had a passion for helping others and working with children. She began her early childhood career as an Assistant Director, advancing to Operations Manager and making a meaningful impact on students, families, and staff. Inspired by the opportunity to lead a team of educators, Ashley continued her journey in early childhood leadership and now brings her experience and energy to Peace of Mind. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a minor in Mass Media.
At Peace of Mind, Ashley is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and joyful environment where children can be themselves, explore, and express their feelings with caring teachers by their side. She builds strong family partnerships through proactive communication, sharing stories from the day, and staying approachable and solution-focused. Ashley leads her staff with integrity, trust, and accountability, fostering a positive, collaborative culture where children and educators alike can thrive.
Ashley finds joy in classroom group time and music activities, celebrating each child’s growth and individuality. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, reading, movies, and spending quality time with her family. Her goal is to ensure Peace of Mind remains a happy, thriving school where families and staff feel supported, valued, and confident in the care and education provided.
