With 18 years of experience in early childhood education and 12 years as a director, Mandy Borst brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for children, families, and teachers. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Child and Adult Care and Education and began her career as an infant teacher in St. Cloud. After moving to the Twin Cities, Mandy spent six years teaching toddlers and preschoolers at a Montessori school before stepping into leadership. Since then, she has served as a director at several schools throughout the Cities, growing as an educational leader along the way.
Mandy is excited to bring her experience and passion to Peace of Mind Early Education Center. She loves building relationships with families, supporting teachers, and creating a positive environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Her favorite Core Value is Collaboration, because she believes that strong connections with children, families, and teachers are the foundation for learning, growth, and a thriving school community.
Outside of school, Mandy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new places each summer, and heading up north. She also enjoys staying active through walking and working out at the gym. She loves being part of the Peace of Mind community and feels incredibly fortunate to play a role in shaping the beginning of each child’s educational journey.
